    20 March 2017: Izzy Davies and Gemma Keers off to a winning start in 2017

    Izzy Davies and Gemma Keers opened up their 2017 campaign in the 420s by winning the Inland Championships in Rutland. Out of a fleet of 41 boats our Itchenor girls got 5 bullets and a third from the six race series. In winds of 20 knots plus it really was an awesome achievement. Eleanor Keers also scooped up the under 17 prize and Katie Davies picked up the fourth overall prize.

    21 December 2016: International 420 coached Open Report

    13 boats gathered for the final event of the Olimpic Sails 420 Grand Prix Series at Itchenor SC over the weekend of 10 / 11 Dec. The weather wasn't quite so festive with a grey, damp but mild day on the Saturday, and then sun and occasional fog on the Sunday - no thoughts of snow, reindeers or Santa Claus!     20 December 2015: International 420 Coached Christmas Open Regatta

    This weekend we were pleased to host 26 420 sailors at Itchenor for the 420 coached winter Open meeting. Alastair Shaw was PRO and ran 11 races over two days for competitors that had travelled from as far as Cornwall, South Wales and Suffolk. Conditions were highly variable with gusts that were hitting 23knts at points. Racing started off opposite the Club on Saturday morning running through to the Bosham Channel and up

    30 August 2015: International 420 Nationals - report

    Seven boats with Itchenor sailors competed in the 46 boat fleet at the 420 nationals last week, which were held at Restronguet sailing club, near Falmouth. 14 races were held, at least one managed every day, with an average wind speed across the whole event of 14.5 knots, and maximum gust of 33 knots. All but one race was sailed out in Falmouth Bay, giving the sailors a chance to sail in the open

    8 August 2015: International 420 Worlds

    Three 420s crewed by Itchenor sailors headed out to Karatsu, Kyushu, Japan for over 2 weeks in mid July as part of the 10 boat GBR team taking part in the 420 worlds. What an amazing venue and cultural insight it was for the sailors.     12 April 2015: Itchenor Sailors Selected for GB Team for Int 420 World Championships
