Club House, Bar & Buttery

All our food is freshly cooked on site and locally sourced, wherever possible. We offer both pre-booked formal dining and informal options in our dining room, known as the Buttery. Why not choose a table in the bar or eat outside on the lawn, where you can enjoy spectacular views across the Itchenor channel to the South Downs.

We have a comprehensive social program that runs throughout the year including parties, lectures, winter bridge, cheese & wine tastings, quiz nights and film nights to name a few. We pride ourselves on being welcoming and being a club for our Members to enjoy.

We are pleased to announce that our wonderful wine supplier Portal, Dingwall and Norris (a local wine merchant supplying clubs across the South Coast) are offering our Members 10% off in their shop in Emsworth when shown an ISC Members Card! Make the most of this fantastic partnership.

Please find below the opening times for the Clubhouse, Bar and Buttery during our various seasons: 

The Clubhouse is open for self-service teas and coffees from 9am-5pm every day regardless of the below opening hours - just complete an honesty slip with your full name & what you have taken and pop it into the Honesty Box and we will charge it to your account. If you are not previously known to the Club, please include your email address on the Honesty Slip.

Timings may change during events. During sailing events the Club will normally open at 0800

The House Manager has the authority to close the Clubhouse early if no Members are present and in their opinion the likelihood of any visiting is low.

(i) On quiet nights last orders at the bar may be called at 9pm at the earliest

Last orders must be in the kitchen by the stated times above.

Please note that on Bank Holiday Mondays we follow Sunday opening hours.

On winter Saturdays and Sundays when sailing/training events are scheduled or there is a Working Party, the Clubhouse and Buttery will open at 0900 and breakfast may be available.

We are happy to consider requirements outside these hours. Please enquire initially through the Club Office. Please give us as much notice as possible if catering is required.

Around Easter and during main summer and autumn half terms, the Clubhouse will be open for additional hours to support training and casual sailing.
