RYA Youth Stages 1-4

The RYA Youth Sailing Scheme provides an enjoyable and progressive way for young sailors to learn to sail. Each stage builds confidence and develops core sailing skills across a range of boats.

As sailors progress through the scheme, they will gain valuable experience that supports their future sailing development. On completion of all four stages, sailors can move on to the RYA Advanced and Racing Modules.

Members Price: 2 days £140.00 (£70.00 per day)

RYA Advanced Modules

As with all sports, regular practice is essential to improve. One of the best ways to develop as a sailor is by sailing a variety of boats in different conditions.

The RYA Advanced Modules offer a range of courses covering everything from sailing with spinnakers to planning a sailing passage. These modules are designed to refine and test your skills, providing an excellent foundation for racing or progressing towards instructing.

RYA Racing

If you would like to get involved in racing at ISC but are unsure where to start, this is the course for you. This two-day course can be completed in your own boat or in a Club 2000.

The course will give you the confidence to take part in Club racing and covers how to approach a race, key techniques, and the rules to consider while on the race course.
