    ISC strongly represented at Endeavour Keelboat Trophy

    Swallow and Sunbeam teams left the familiar surroundings of Chichester harbour and ventured northeast to Burnham on Crouch, another muddy creek but wider and deeper than our own, in cold and windy conditions for the very beautiful Keelboat Endeavour Trophy. The event brings together 10 National Champions from different Keelboat classes to race in 5 identical 707s in an exciting 30 race format.     ISC/Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria Sailing Exchange

    At the start of April, Effie Grant and I represented ISC for an amazing opportunity as guests of sailors of our age from Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria yacht club.   This 3-day event was kindly organised by ISC member, Michael Ewart-Smith at the suggestion of his friend Jorge Cantero from Gran Canaria. Michael assembled a British team from ISC, Winchester College and Sherborne School who sail at Bembridge and Sutton Bingham.

    Itchenor Car park improvements

    A message from the Chichester Harbour Conservancy... Chichester Harbour Conservancy will shortly be starting work to improve the Itchenor car park facility. Over time the car park surface has become uneven and prone to flooding. Work will shortly commence to fill in potholes and redress the carpark with a new layer of gravel.
