18 February 2021: Miranda Merron Completes Vendee Globe
Crossing the line at Les Sables dOlonne at speed late yesterday evening, Miranda completed her solo race round the world in 101 days, 8 hours and 56 minutes. She joins fellow British women sailors Pip Hare, Dee Caffari, Sam Davies and Ellen MacArthur and becomes only the 9th woman ever to finish the Vendée.
