Zero-tolerance Sexual Harrassment Policy
The Club has a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment or inappropriate behaviour, whether from members, their guests, visitors, contractors, or suppliers.
Should a customer sexually harass a member of our workforce, we will first speak with both parties individually to understand the situation and the impact fully.
According to the severity of the incident, and after taking specialist advice, we will take one or more of the following steps:
- warn the customer or client about their behaviour
- ban the customer, cancelling their membership should they be a member, in line with Club disciplinary procedures
- Report any criminal acts to the police
- Update any internal training, processes and procedures and/or external communications where relevant.
We will not tolerate sexual harassment by any member of our workforce against a third party. Instances of sexual harassment of this kind may lead to disciplinary action including termination of employment.
