Dynamic Pilates Class with RAFT Fitness
Run by Club Member, Hermione Pattison
Inspired by Pilates, this dynamic class combines core breathing with mobility, movement and strength. Hermione is a former physiotherapist and has a special interest in core and pelvic floor health.
At the heart of each class is the correct use of breath to activate your core muscles. This is essential for those with previous spinal problems or pelvic floor issues and beneficial to everyone in between!
Classes;
Monday 0930-1030- You will need a mat and water bottle. All other equipment will be provided.
Thursday 0930-1030- A more challenging class using weights to focus on strength. Bring your own set of dumbbells.
