Inflatable Fun + Tennis at The Old Rectory 2 people from 11.30am-5.45pm = 1 half day duty each
- Introduction to party host pre-event
- Managing Pink, Yellow, Orange, Blue and Green groups for an inflatable bounce and tennis session at the Old Rec (colour groups all coming at different times)
- Managing safety through-out the event (Tennis coach is booked on court), ensuring children leave safely and tidying up

Tally
- An experienced lead tally who can use the VHF radio to liase with the Race Officers will also be pre-assigned as part of the team. Tally team role requires taking responsibility for signing on and off all helm and crews with sail number and physically with a wristband onto the water at launch and then off at their return. Let the Race Officers know any boats not sailing and cross check any retiring/returning to the club. Liaison point with the First Aider in the office. Write out Beer Mats for the results team and coaches. Check buoyancy aid for all competitors.
- An experienced lead beachmaster will be pre-assigned to this team who can direct boats as they launch and return into the slipway and in the reach, liaising with the Race Officers on VHF with readiness for each fleet to launch and space to return to the club. Beach team be prepared to get wet (non slip water friendly footwear essential) launching Mirrors check helm and crew are happy with sail controls, centreboard and rudder down as they are leaving the jetty and help direct accordingly as they return. Pulling trolleys back up jetty and lifting into stacks reorganized by number to reduce launch and return congestion around the slipway.
Beach
