- Beetroot & Gin Cured Salmon with beetroot carpaccio, horseradish crème fraiche and a herb salad

- Lamb Rump, pulled lamb bon bon, celeriac & potato puree, dressed peas and baby vegetables
- Pan Seared Tuna Loin, edamame & quinoa salad with a sesame & herb dressing
- Squash & Goats Cheese Ravioli with crispy sage
