Dress Code: Semi-Formal (Reefer & Tie) - Not required but recommended.

- Selsey crab and herb salad, spiced dressing and lavoche
- Ham hock and pea terrine, piccalilli, herb salad and sourdough croute
- Spring vegetable terrine, piccalilli puree and sourdough croute
Mains
- Miso glazed cod, fondant potato and Asian veg
- Contra fillet of beef, fondant potato, Asian veg and a black bean honey pepper sauce
- Miso braised aubergine, fondant potato and Asian veg (£5 will be refunded to Members Card after booking)
Dessert
- Lemon posset, passionfruit, fresh raspberries and shortbread
- Local Cheese Selection with quince jelly, chutney & crackers (+£3 surcharge which will invoiced after booking)
