Slow Flow Yoga
Yoga Course Summary
This slow flow yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body and your breath. By moving more slowly and holding poses for longer, youll build flexibility and strength while giving your mind the space to settle and focus.
Each sequence is crafted to allow for deeper immersion supporting your physical wellbeing and also cultivating mindfulness. With todays fast-paced lifestyle, this practice offers an antidote to stress: a chance to pause, restore clarity, and build resilience.
The goal of this practice is not only to feel stronger and more open in your body, but also to leave each session feeling grounded, calm, and rejuvenated.
