    Itchenor Summer BBQ

    We had our first joint event with London Corinthian Sailing Club last weekend. Nine yachts, mostly chartered by London Corinthian, visited us from Hamble after a swim stop on East Head and the Harbour Master gave us dispensation to allow six of them moor on our new pontoon. (We only have licences for our permanent pontoon berths so are not allowed to have boats overnight, other than small tenders, without Harbour Master permission).

    Itchenor Sailing Club Annual Schools Week Regatta marks 68th Year!

    A spectacular fleet of ninety-nine Fevas from thirty schools across England filled the boat park at Itchenor Sailing Club on Sunday 26 th June and then seamlessly launched from three slipways on Monday to kick off the 68 th Annual Itchenor Schools Week Regatta.  The keen sailors met up with Itchenor Sailing Clubs main Committee Boat headed up by Race Officer Roddy Bridge and his race team at the mouth of

    Solent Sunbeams at Itchenor Keelboat Week

    A large fleet of 22 Solent Sunbeams enjoyed glorious sunny conditions for Itchenor Sailing Club's Keelboat Week held from June 13-17. The racing was incredibly close with 4 boats still with a chance of winning the regatta with one race to go.     ISC Regatta Day

    While the adult sailors had the morning off the Juniors had a busy day starting with the Regatta pursuit race in the morning. We had 23 juniors out and starting from the club line, course cards at the ready they went on a tour of some of the harbour marks. After a hog roast for lunch on the lawn the Transit Committee ran a brilliant afternoon of activities for the younger sailors. Several teams battled

    The Norman Moore Trophy for Swallows

    With 17 25 knots of breeze forecast for the Saturday of the Jubilee Weekend a determined fleet of 15 Swallows went afloat to race for the Norman Moore Trophy, the Swallow Class In-Harbour Championships at Itchenor Sailing Club.
